incudes various portfolios, current Director of Leespa Investments Limited a subsidiary of Leespa International Investment Group, LLC , President of Zambians United for Sustainable Development party(ZUSD), in specialized and trained Citizens Advise Bureaus in Scotland UK in employment Law, Human Rights law, Discrimination law, UK Immigration law, UK Injury Claims law with Ethnic Minority Law Centre(E.M.L.C) ,former Board member of Lnarkshire Council Motherwell, former Board member of Brochairn Housing Association Glasgow, former Chairman of Scotland Zambia partnership for two terms until 2015, Hospitality management and front office operations in UK at, Hilton Hotel Glasgow, Thistle Hotel Glasgow, Marriot Hotel Glasgow, USA at Ramada Plaza Manhattan Kansas, Ramada IN and Suites Glenwood Springs , Namibia at Windhoek Country Club Resort and Casino, Zambia Pamodzi Hotel, Fair view Hotel, New Kalundu Motel. 

As an entrepreneur, he is the current director of Leespa Investments Limited a subsidiary of Leespa International Investment Group, LLC and current President of Zambians United for Sustainable Development party (ZUSD).

A graduate of University of Glasgow in Law and philosophy, and University of the West of Scotland (Hamilton Campus), BA Law (Hons) Degree.in He studied his postgraduate LLM International Economics Law Master of laws Degree at the prestigious University of Strathclyde in the UK specializing in World Trading Systems: Law and Policy, Comparative Company Law and Corporate Governance, International Environmental Law, International Trade Theory, Policy, and Institutions, Internet & Law E-Commerce and Legal Research. 

From 2020 to date he has concentrated on shaping Zambia’s political landscape and being A Director of Leespa Investments Limited a subsidiary of Leespa International Investment Group, LLC in Zambia. 

Lazarous has served on various organizations as a member of Boards of Directors such as Lnarkshire Council one of the largest councils in Scotland and Brochairn Housing Association. He has served as Chairman of Scotland Zambia Partnership for two consecutive terms, and he is the current President Zambians United for Sustainable Development party (ZUSD) 

of which is one of the political parties that participated in just ended 2021 General and Zambia’s presidential elections. 

He has also served as trainer of Citizens Advice Bureaus in Scotland and various ethnic groups on UK immigration Law, Cultural awareness, Benefits and Universal credit and as representing clients of Ethnic Minority Law Centre the Law firm which had satellite offices throughout Scotland with regard to employment Law, Human Rights law, Discrimination law, UK Immigration law and UK Injury Claims law 

He served as Deputy Executive Director and Company Secretary of LOOFCA International Ltd, a company established in the UK. 

Lazarous is married and enjoys taking challenging tasks politics and loves travelling and Reading the Bible and listening and watching Christian conferences.
